Rates
Neil's base rate is $30/hour.
Neil's rush rate is $50/hour.
Rush rate applies to projects with a deadline of less than 2 weeks at contract signing.

On-Site Caricature Events

A caricature stand is a great way to entertain guests at picnics, fund raisers, wedding receptions
and other events! Neil will bring his own supplies and is willing to travel the entire state
of Pennsylvania for you. Neil is based in Lebanon, PA.

Neil enjoys doing events for charities and other non-profits. He has worked with
Big Brothers, Big Sisters and White's HD/B Black & Blue Ball. Prices are greatly
reduced for these events but the use of a tip jar is requested.

Rates vary by location and guest count but are competitive.
Sitting may need to be arranged by the client.

Order Single/Mulitiple Caricatures

Neil makes it possible to get a caricature without having to trek to an amusement park
or street fair. Here there is no rush, no lines and the freedom to customize.
The limit is your imagination!

Neil offers two ways to receive your caricature:

Tangible: The original caricature on large piece of paper, packaged safely and mailed to you.
Digital: A high quality digital file of your caricature sutiable for printing, on web sites, business cards, etc.

A clear description of what you'd like, including deadline, if any.
Clear reference photos of the person/s and/or pet/s you wish drawn.

Neil can incorporate special objects into the drawing as well.

Sales and Use tax information

Tangible work sold in PA will be charged 6% sales tax.
Digital files and sales outside of PA will not be charged and
any sales or use tax is the purchaser's responsibility.

Rights and Usage

Neil McMillin, the artist, reserves the right to display commissioned art and design work
on this site upon completion and for self promotion. This does not apply to work that
is under non-disclosure agreement.

Neither the artist nor the client may resell the commissioned work
to third parties without written agreement.
