I'm Neil McMillin, freelance illustrator and professional caricature artist. Neillustrations is the combination of my name and "illustrations" and since a child, I've had a passion for cartooning and art that focused into a degree from the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design.For over 10 years, I've been asked to illustrate several children's books, drawn thousands of people and pets, and have created art and design content for many local businesses and community clients.
